Diamond Pearls Ltd, is a private limited liability company which was incorporated on the 29th August 1994 under the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and obtained the license to deal in petroleum products from the Department of Petroleum Resources, DPR, in 1995, and also signed bulk purchase agreement with Pipeline and Products Marketing Company, PPMC, the same year.

The company started operation as an independent marketer of petroleum products by bridging and supplying Automated Gas Oil (AGO), Premium Motor Spirit (PMS), Dual Purpose Kerosene (DPK) and lubricants on bulk basis to industrial, commercial and petrol station retail outlets.

Within two decades of operation, the group has carved a niche for itself in the industry as a major independent marketer with 12 petrol retail outlets spatially distributed in many states of the federation, and 20 fuel distribution trucks to facilitate turnaround time and increase market share.

With deep knowledge in the retail end of the downstream petroleum sub-sector, the company is on the path of the next growth strategy which is the need to establish a tank farm to serve as storage facilities for bulk petroleum products.
